SHIPPING

We currently hold thousands individual items across in stock and available for immediate dispatch worldwide, with NEXT Business day delivery services available to many mainland European destinations and 48 hours delivery worldwide. Orders with products not available in stock are shipped as confirmed in the products’ quotation.

Inventory items ordered received by 3pm (UK time), may be processed the same day. Most common shipping method is DHL EXPRESS. Freight prices are normally confirmed with the products quotation. We offer discounted DHL prices. But DHL price list can be downloaded on their web. Your Company may also use your own courier/agent to collect the goods.

All shipping, handling, freight and insurance are paid by customer, unless worked into the purchase order. As soon as the goods are shipped, your Sales Account Manager will send you a courier tracking number. You can track it on DHL web site: www.dhl.com. Pro4net Ltd will not be responsible if your order will be received later due to a DHL delays, or any delay due to customs clearance.

CUSTOMS DUTY: Customs duty is a tax charged on importation of goods produced outside the European Union (EU). Pro4net Ltd is NOT responsible to pay for any "import" customs duties or Certificate Licence to import. By law, import duties are PAID by the receiver of the goods.

FORCE MAJEURE: The Company reserves any right to cancel, vary or suspend the shipping operation of contract of sale if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storms, plant breakdown, strikes, lockouts, riot, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any other event outside the control of the Company: and the Company shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.
